I have recorded a long multisport race activity (triathlon) on the 6 of September, which is fully visible (with all the details) in the fenix5 device. But it does not synchronize into Garmin Connect neigher automatically via synchronization, nor mannualy via importing the file into the desktop application. Other activities are get downloaded with no problem. Connect have however identified the triathlon (swimming, cycling and running) activities in gray mode by Move IQ function. But I would like it as fullfledged normal activity. How could I fix the issue?
