Intensity Minutes

Since early this week (August 31) I noticed that my Intensity Minutes are not properly calculating (in Garmin mobile app or web app). I reviewed my efforts this week and it is not that my pulse / distance was different than the past couple of weeks. The exact same run with same pace this week has a 80-90% lower intensity value than was calculated in previous weeks / months. Anyone else have this issue?

  • I had the same problem with missing Intensity Minutes and after contacting Garmin found that when heart rate data was not syncing with Connect, no intensity were displayed. I did a SOFT reset on my Fenix and checked the HR widget for HR data and sync. Intensity minutes now working again. If this doesn't work, recommend contacting Garmin tech support. They were really helpful.
