"Insights", age group changing without reason

In Garmin Connect Web, the page "Insights" suddenly (sometime after the hack) keeps changing my age group to 18-24.
The settings in Connect Web and Connect Mobile are as they should and haven't changed. Neither has the age group on the Insights page in the mobile app.
Although I am still doing well in this age group, I prefer to compare my demographic data with my peers.
It's not a disaster, but it does bother me. Does anyone has this too or does someone knows what the problem is?

Yes, the birthdate is still correct and I've never changed it.

I saw a similar post a few months ago. There might be some Javascript or cookie conflict (possibly due to a browser plugin). Try an alternative browser, to see whether the problems persist. You can also have a look at the console (F12, or Shift+i) and check whether there are any errors.

Thanks for your help.
Unfortunately, changing the browser doesn't help either. I have also tried to change the year of birth, which doesn't help either.
I am currently working from a Chromebook on which I cannot view the console, the keystrokes do not work on this.

Update: discovered something strange. When I change my age in a way that I am no longer in my own age group, the Insights page is showing the right age group for that new age. When I change back to my real age, I am put in the age group 18-24 again.
