Two weeks ago I started with my first cycling training plan on Connect.
When I start a workout the was sent to my Edge from Connect, it is shown on the Workout Schedule as "done". When I'm doing an cycling activity that I did not start from "Training" on the Edge, it is not marked as "Done" on the Workout Schedule.
When I do "Zone 2 Aerobic" workout, the Edge is forcing me to do routes that is uploaded to the Edge - I cannot "just go for a ride". This happened twice now.
I don't what to create a route every time I have a long ride and sometimes it is with friends and we decide during the ride where we want to go.
What am I doing wrong or missing?
