old data missing

Several weeks ago I wasn't able to upload my data for days. After that all the data from before were gone. Can't access anything that is older than a few weeks ago. Help, please.

Check that you aren't using multiple Garmin accounts. Happens most often when setting up a new phone, reinstalling the GC app, or having trouble syncing. Users often log in with different accounts, which causes the exact issue you're experiencing.
