Zombie badge not earned

Yesterday I started a step challenge with some of my connections. One of them has the Zombie badge. I didn’t receive it yet. Do I get it when the challenge is finished or did I do something wrong?

Yes, the batch description tells it rather clearly:

"Catch the zombie virus by completing a challenge with someone who has this badge."

And that's one of the reasons I use the English version, despite not being a native English speaker Every unnecessary translation causes loss of information

Thanks for your reply. I guess it’s a matter of translation. My dutch version says you get the badge for entering/participating in a challenge with a connection who has the badge.
