Garmin Connect Web I can't create segment, app says 'Page Not Found'

I can't create segment, app says 'Page Not Found'

I have an activity, i click 'segments' tab and then 'create segment', app takes me to new page ( https://connect.garmin.com/modern/segment/createFromActivity/5469932571 ) - so i can see that activity id is correct.

but then it displays:

Page Not Found

We're sorry. The page you're looking for no longer exists.

without any more explanation, what's wrong with Connect Web ?

It works for different activities, so i consider it as Connect Web App bug
