Im back from an 8 day tour but only 3 days have recorded. Is there a way to recover data if navigation was used?

would you like the course you followed to convert to an activity ?
not knowing which device you used you can try this ...
when you can set your device in usb mass storage mode you could us a file recovery tool
just maybe and with a lot of luck
stop all activity on your device by turning it off until you start a file recovery scan
with the use of a file recovery program and some luck one could find the rest of the fit file
