Share courses only with friends

Is it possible with Garmin connect to share courses only with friends who i have with garmin connect????

I now the option of setting a course to a private or a public course, but that is not what i mean......

No, you cannot do it in GC, but you an send them the GPX (or FIT) file, if you do not wish making the course public
