I have a number of cycling routes on RideWithGPS and Strava. When I export any of those routes in three different file formats (GPX, TCX, FIT) and try to upload them into Garmin Connect (Web), all of them are rejected with one of three error messages:
- One of your files was not accepted by the system. Please contact Support for assistance.
- An error occurred with your upload. Please try again.
- We don't support the file type you tried to import.
I know that cyclists upload RideWithGPS and Strava files to their Garmin and Wahoo devices all the time, so I must be doing something wrong. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong? I have uploaded one route here (test.zip).
