Is anyone having issues with the Garmin connect website?

Seems to be fine. Could you elaborate on your issue? Status page is all green: https://connect.garmin.com/status/

It states it’s currently under maintenance

Try force-reloading the page (Ctrl+F5), or deleting your Internet temporary files (browser cache).
