Another Corrupt .FIT file

I rode about 70 miles today and stopped my Edge 520 by the back gate, as normal. By the time I got to the back door, about 30s later, the Edge had powered off. Not normal. Of course the activity file will not load into Connect. I had no luck with the Garmin online FIT Repair Tool.

Can anyone take a look at the attached zipped .FIT file, please?

    hi Mike,

    not much wrong with the file structure (check amount of fit files in activities folder, max 200)

    ran your file through Fit File Tools's section remover (without any removing)

    check this file 2604.fitfiletools.zip

    Many thanks. That did the trick. Uploaded to Garmin Connect fine.

    I have just emptied my Activities folder. It was getting pretty full in there. Hopefully both Garmin Connect & Strava won't both disappear at the same time!
