After I updated the newest software ver4.33.0.21, I lost all my personal data and after that I can’t pairing my Approach S60. How do I recover from this condition?

  • Unfortunatelly I do not understand the text on the screenshot, and cannot use a translator for it. It would be helpful, if you could temporarily switch the language of your phone to English, when taking the sreenshot.

    However, I see the message reffers to an HTTP error on a Google address, so I suspect it is somehow related to the outage of diverse Google services that Google experiences today. You may need to wait till their issues are fully fixed.
