Don't think it has ever been there in the navigator. You need to go to this page - https://connect.garmin.com/modern/report/activity_training_status/all/last_four_weeks - in order to see it in web. And you can add a box on your dashboard (Report box, choose Training status)

I'm sure it used to be there but I can't find it either, although I can see the details under the reports tab as suggested above.
