Garmin Connect Web does not show uploaded activity but the Android App does ...

Hi there, I have uploaded two activities via the Garmin Connect Web by using the "Import function". Those two activities were then not shown in the list of activities so I tried again. An error prompt has then said "activity already uploaded" and I was able to click on the two and change the Name of the activities. Funny enough, I can view both on the Android App on my phone (and they had the edited Name). Still today, they are both not visible on the Connect Web page.

Shall I simply wait for a few days more ? Anyone experiencing the same issues ? I reckon that this is related to the hacker incident ?!

  • When you upload an existing Activity, you get the following error message with the link View Details behind it. Just click the link to view the activity. If it is visible in GCM, it is certainly in GCW too (they are just two different interfaces to the same data).

    When looking for it on the page All Activities, you may need to force-reload the page (Shift-F5), or have to filter down the activities by selecting the Activity type, and using the Advanced buton, or by re-ordering the rows by clicking a suited column header.

  • Thank you trux, that is exactly what I did and yes, I can view and edit when clicking "view details". Same information is then visible in the Android App so it is there but not visible in the GC Web. Quick update, now it is ... Hit F5 again, took some 12 hours to upload :-) Topic solved, perhaps I was not patient enough but it has always been displayed instantly before.
