I change my watch and lost training load and status data, even all activities were transferred to a new watch. It's very strange.

P.S. both watch are the same.

Do you currently have both watches and they are both connected to your Garmin Connect account? Physio TrueUp will allow syncing between multiple devices that you are currently using.

Believe it or not, this is working as designed by Garmin. Despite the cLiam that Physio TrueUp syncs data between devices, it doesn’t work as the headline marketing spiel suggests.

I went back and forth with them for months on this topic and eventually gave up trying to get them to see how utterly illogical it is that training status is determined by the device, rather than the user. They refuse to acknowledge it.

I have only one watch right now. All activities were transferred, and nobody sad me, that I have to use another program. It's a lit bit strange.
