Running plan not syncing with my vivoactive 3

Hi everyone,

I am training for a 5k run and am using a training plan from vivoactive 3 (couch Amy). I am 4 weeks in and all of a sudden the plan is no-where to be found on my watch. I have tried turning it off/on, tried turning my phone off/on, tried "forget device" on bluetooth and then repaired, tried connecting the watch to garmin express, tried changing the training plan a bit and syncing again, tried creating a workout to force syncing but none of it worked. Has anyone had the same problem and found a solution?
