unable to view fastest 1k on watch after activity is saved

hello...not sure if anyone could help me. Last week I saved an activity and the fastest 1k came up on my watch screen. After that I went back to the activity and it allowed me to display that 'fastest 1k' on the screen.

However I am not able to replicate that this week for a new activity - any idea ho to access that data?

Go to the page https://connect.garmin.com/modern/personal-records » Running, Confirm the last Personal Record for 1km (and any others that may be pending), and then use the button Send to Device, to update the PR table on the watch. In that way, the next PR will be detected by the watch automatically again.
