I recently completed a 10k run on my garmin vivoactive 3 music watch and the activity did not automatically sync to garmin connect and strava like usual. I tried to import it manually to garmin connect by plugging in my watch to my computer, but when I try to upload the activity it says, "We don't support the file type you tried to import." I have tried to convert the file to .gpx but it says there is no data to convert. I am confused because the .fit file is 41kb so it should have all the data attached. I have attached the .zip file if anyone would like to help me out. It would be greatly appreciated!
