How do I upload .FIT files on the Connect site?

I was told by the NIKE NRC team to down load files that were not jumping into their system and delete the file on the server and then reload.

When uploading the system says the file has already been uploaded but the data is not populating in my activities.

Is there a time lag between upload and showing up in the system?

No, it is practically instant.

Is there a process where I have to do something to the file on the site? Does the file load onto my activities tracker?

You can import FIT activity files by dropping them onto the page https://connect.garmin.com/modern/import-data, and then clicking the button Import Data. That's all what is needed.
