Live tracking email personalization question

The emails Garmin sends for live tracking insert my first name into the subject line and body.

Subject: Watch <FIRST-NAME>'s live activity now!

Then the body starts out saying: An invitation from <FIRST-NAME>

I recently changed my first name to a nickname within the Garmin Connect app, and verified that it also changed on the Garmin Connect website. Even after a few days, the live tracking emails are still using my original first name, not what I changed it to. Is there another placed I need to update my first name so that the live tracking emails use my 'new' name?
