Is there a way to export my list of activities from Garmin Connect, including the activity ID?

I have thousands of activities in Garmin Connect. Most of them are also in Strava, but hundreds are missing from Strava.

I would like to identify which activities I need to download from Garmin Connect for manual upload to Strava. For comparison I have a list of the Strava activities, but I am unable to get the complete list of activities from Garmin Connect.

It is possible to choose "Export CSV" from the list here https://connect.garmin.com/modern/activities, but this function only exports the currently loaded and visible activities, and it does not include the activity ID.

The longer I scroll in the activity list, the more I am able to export, but this takes hours, and it seems that the browsers I try are not able to handle this scrolling for hours.

So: Is there a way to export my list of activities from Garmin Connect, including the activity ID?

Yes, you can use the following URL - it will return the data in JSON format. You can then view it in an JSON viewer, or convert it to CSV or Excel, if needed.

The link is correct, but the header is needed. Print it in the Console with above script, or check Response in the Network tab after you open Activities page.

Does your export export all data as a single row? All of my activities with each of the properties show up in a single row, rather than each activity being in its own row.

A1 is summarizedActivitiesExport/0/activityId with row 2 containing the data

BC1 starts over with the second activity summarizedActivitiesExport/1/activityId

This continues through XFD1 which is summarizedActivitiesExport/313/userProfileId

So I'm only getting 313 of the 1000 activites that are included in the json. And I still have my work cut out for me to figure out how to wrap every 29th column down to a new row.

It's raw data, without formatting. Use some editor or print values in a web-browser's console.

I am interested in this feature to ensure that the correct HRM sensor has been used during an activity.

Unfortunately, the given URL does not seem to work anymore. The result is a blank page or an error depending on the web browser.

It still works, but you have to open Garmin Connect Wen in the browser first (on the tab where the DevTools are active), and only then you can enter the code into the console

Well... I have just triple-checked in incognito mode with Firefox, Chrome and Edge and the error is still here.

OK Thanks. I got it.

Now I need to dig to find the HRM sensor information ;)
