all my data in my calendar is erased. can I restore it?

Unless you really erased the data for some reason, I'd rather tell that you are logged into a wrong account, or that you accidentally deselected item types to be displayed on the calendar.

Have a look at the Support document Activities or Workouts Aren't Displayed in the Garmin Connect Calendar - it may help in the second case
