What means the field "verwarm" (= Dutch version) in the training status?

In the training status you can there has popped up a new field next to VO2max and training load "Verwarm" (= in Dutch). Does anyone know what this means and how to interpret this?

  • I guess that it's heat acclimation field. The easiest way to see this for yourself would be to change your language on your profile to show English temporarily?

  • It means "warmte-acclimatisering". It gives an indication how quick your body adjusts to higher temperatures (above 22 degrees C) when you are active outside. Your training status will be automatically adjusted to changes in the outside temperature,
There are more silly and/or incomprehensible translation mistakes in the Dutch version, When you report this translation mistake to Support they will change it in a language update.

  • Thank you very much for this explanation!
