Has anyone had badges disappear after they were already awarded?

Did anyone earn the June 100 mile challenge badge only to have it disappear? I earned it on June 28th, it showed up in my badges and then the next day it was gone even though I completed over the distance required.

Yes. I gained the badge on the 19th June and got re-awarded it for every running activity after that. Then yesterday 1st July it disappeared completely and no longer shows in my badge collection...?

It can happen easily if you edit one of the activities that the badge was awarded for, and render it invalid for that badge. You can reverse it in the same way - editing it so, that it is applicable again.

So frustrating right! I’m going to see if I can get a reply from Garmin support. I don’t normally run that much at all so it was kinda a big deal for me.

I didn’t edit any of the runs that qualified me for the badge. I did however rename one after I earned it. Thanks for the tip. Will see if it’s that’s post badge run causing the issue.

Badge suddenly just appeared again...? I didn't change anything, so either your enquiry got a bug fixed or our posts were seen?

Has yours come back?

Oh interesting! No mine has not. But I did speak with a support person and they submitted my logs to have the badge reissued.
Good to hear you got yours back.
