My Fenix 3 "Connects" to a phone that isnt mine

I turn my phone off at night. Several times recently my fenix 3 has reported "connected" during the night or early in the morning before I turn on the phone, The Fenix is paired with my tablet as well but that is also turned off.

I am concerned that I have been hacked. Is there a way to identify all paired devices and all conneted devices from the Fenix?
