Merge moveIQ with activity?

Hi,

I accidentily deleted an activity before syncing, yet moveIQ has it registered. I've added an activity manually, just stating the timeframe. How can i add the heart rate zones to it registered by MoveIQ?

I clearly see my heart rate, and would think it would be possible to link it to the activity later on added (only specifying type of sport and duration)

You cannot. At least not easily. Theoretically you could pull out the HR data from the JSON data structure, and convert it to a TCX Activity file, but unless you are well familiar with all those file formats, and can do it easily, it won't be worth of the hassle.
