Possible corrupt fit file - got it recovered, but Garmin won't accept it

Hi,

My wife deleted her longest Gravel ride yesterday. Don't now how, but in some way the ride was deleted.

I  found the deleted file, but I can't get Garmin Connect (or Express) to accept it.

Can you help in any way,

I got the fit file in 3 versions.
