Error Importing GPX

I am having a problem connecting my Fenix 6x Pro via my CPU and cable, so I created a route on Gaia Topo and downloaded it to my phone as a GPX. When I tried to import it to Garmin Connect on my phone there was an error. So I downloaded it on my CPU and tried to import it and the same thing.

Here is the error message I get "An error occurred with your upload. Please try again."

Looks like you try to import a course on the Activities and Body data import page. Courses need to be imported on the Courses page (see the link at the bottom of the white box)
