Fit file is broken

Hello

My FIT file of the forerunner 935 is broken. I'm unable to fix it, I tried several tools, but it remains in error.

Can you help me? How can I prevent this in future activities?

did you give the watch time enough to sync hr data ?

your fit file contained one part with corrupted synced hr-data

Sure! I just took a swim as always in a small lake. I am always waiting until the gps is in sync before starting to swim. Directly after the swim I syncronise data with the heart rate band. No errors when I synced wtih my Forerunne 935, no signals that anything could be wrong. When I came back home, I tried to sync the date with the connect app on my mobile and the swim did't appear in the app.
