Calendar not syncing via "publish calendar" link

For the last 24 hours or so I've noticed that my calendar is not syncing via the "publish calendar" link.

I've tried it with Outlook (message telling me that the link calendar contains no events) and Apple calendar.

I've tried unpublishing and republishing but nothing happens.

Is there a problem at the Garmin end?

I have the same issue.

Garmin calendar isn't recognized in Google Calendar nor Outlook
