2 devices for multiple users one under 16?

I have a Garmin Fenix f5s, and I have 2 two devices for my children under the age of 16 Vivosmart - can you set up multiple users under one Garmin Connect? to create an account you need to be 16?

You can create multiple accounts in your name for your kids. It is you who'll be responsible for the accounts, and it will be up to you whether and how you'll let your kids using it.
