My steps dropped to zero from approx 400k in group challenge, tried leaving group and rejoining, same issue

My steps dropped to zero from approx 400k in group challenge (most steps in a month, ends June 30). I tried leaving the group/challenge and rejoining to hopefully reset but same issue happened when I rejoined the group and challenge. There are no comments in the challenge so I can’t ask if anyone else is having the issue. How can I fix this?

Thanks. When I tried to reach support I was sent to these forums. How else do I reach support? Unfortunately that link isn’t helpful because no privacy settings have changed, just the step count, and this isn’t a challenge with connections, it’s a group challenge.

Yes, exactly. Try to answer the questions in my post in the previously mentioned thread, perhaps it can help narrowing down the issue. However, the user forum is definitely of no help in this case. The problem is clearly on Garmin's side, though as you saw yourself, they are still in denial. You need to contact them again, escalating the issue to a higher level support person. Only in that way there is a chance they start looking into it.
