spO2 data missing

Hi, I setup my vivosmart 4 to measure pulse Ox over the night and it did until for some reason it did not. It stopped 5:29AM, the timestamp goes to 6:37AM on my cell phone but that stretch is empty. I set my sleep time to 9AM. Anyone can suggest why?

Needless to say I was not awake at 5:29 yet, I woke up at 6:30AM, would love to have that piece of data

Same happened tonight. I awoke 8:30AM, O2 measurements stopped 5:32AM. Looks like this thing does not work right at all

Do you have your normal sleep hours set to end at 5:30 AM? My guess is that the sp02 readings end not when you actually wake up, but when your sleep window ends.

thank you for yoru reply. I was thinking the same thing. Yesterday I reset the wakeup time to 10AM (on my computer). Perhaps I should look at the device itself and see whether I can reset it
