Vertical oscillation, cadence and ground contact time missing

Hi,

I have a HRM-run belt paired with a forerunner 645M watch. I recently noticed that vertical oscillation, cadence and ground contact time are not displayed in the Garmin connect charts.

Though, I can see the data in each running activity so the belt is working.

Any idea how to fix this issue?

    I'm running with a Foreunner 55 watch since september 2021. I just purchase the HRM-Pro Plus as a motivation gift.

    1- In Garmin Connect app (iPhone XR), I sync and update the HRM-Pro.

    2- "HRM connected" shown up on my Forerunner 55 before going running.

    3- After my activity, in Garmin Connect web (Windows 11 using Chrome), I can see my Forerunner 55 + HRM-Pro + my running shoes.

    I do not found any more data than my previous runs. I do have the same issue : Vertical oscillation, cadence and ground contact time missing!

    I'm running using a Garmin Coach Program, it might block that kind of data (why would it do that). I will stop my current training plan and try a new one with the "Required: Heart Rate Monitor" mention.

    Is someone have some tips ?

    AFAIK the Forerunner 55 does not support running dynamics.

    Thanks for the feedback!

    Before purchasing the HRM-PRO PLUS, I read on the Garmin website the text below :

    So I assumed that the HRM would provide the extra data because the Forerunner 55 is in the compatible device list!

    There is just no plus value for my usage, I will return the HRM Disappointed
