Challenge Badge Disappears

I participated in the recent Badge Challenges and earned the "Walk the Walk" badge.

Today I noticed the challenge is still there under "Current Challenges" even though it is over and I have completed it. So I clicked on the leave challenge and to my surprise the badge earned on the weekend walk also disappeared.

Anyone know how I can get it back with the challenge now over?

I do not think you can join a Challenge that was already closed. I am afraid you'll have to accept that it was not a good idea to leave the challenge.

I guess as much. Thought it was weird the challenge is still active even though it was only valid for the weekend. Normally it should disappear.

I guess the June Challenge will all disappear once June is over.

Well, I am not at all sure whether it can work, but it is certainly worth of trying:

First of all, log out of GC Web, and log in back, making sure, you enabled the checkbox Remember Me. Once done, click on the following link. If you are lucky enough, it may perhaps activate the left Challenge again. But no warranties at all, it is just an attempt to save you. I could not test it, since I do not want to leave the challenge, finishing like you

connect.garmin.com/.../2020-06-01

If it indeed activates the Weekend Walking Challenge again, then you'll need to open the concerned Walk activity, making a minor change (i.e. adding a Calorie), and saving it.

Please report back, even if it did not work.

I can get to the challenge page at https://connect.garmin.com/modern/badge-challenge/4931C4A32A954DD3AC1C8DADF6F3A2E3# but it doesn't let me join when i click on the join challenge button.

I did not tell you to click any join challenge button. I wrote to click the link shown in my post. What does it return?

Hm, it looks like it won't work (at least not without some more serious hacking), but try the following:

When in Google Chrome (MS Edge should work too), open the DevTools by hitting the key combination Ctrl+Shift+i (or F12), and in the DevTools, open the Console tab. Enter the following code, hit enter. If it does not return error 403, it may be ok, but I am afraid you'll get the 403 anyway:
