Not really. You can just have a look at the concerned region, using the search function on the Segments page. However, the final reality may be quite different, because for a Segment to be assigned to the Activity, there must be really good match of all keypoints ot the track, which is often not case, due to the GPS drift, or drop-outs.
You could also try converting the GPX course file to an activity with some external tool (perhaps it could be possible using Strava), and importing it as such - then you could see the starred segments you can theoretically cross when doing the real activity.
That was my fear - too bad, especially since the embedded Strava segments are indeed shown when things are imported via the new Course Sync API from Strava.
