Narrows Badge?

I did a floor climb with 391 feet of ascent and 404 of elev gain, but was not awarded the narrows badge? that was said to require only 334 feet?

Have a look at a similar issue in the thread Virtual climb badge, and try the hints suggested there. If it does not help, call the Support and then give us some feedback.
