Unable to upload Zwift fit file onto Garmin and Garmin sync issue with Strava

Hi,

I'm unable to upload my Zwift .fit file into Garmin Connect. Is anyone else facing the same issue?

It seems like there is also an issue with the auto sync of Zwift to Garmin. Usually my workout is auto-sync on Garmin however I realised its not happening from today and it only synced with Strava.

On the other side, Garmin is also not syncing with Strava on the workouts automatically.

I've experienced that previously when downloading FIT files and the fix was to adjust the time to your local time using the 'Time Adjuster' at https://www.fitfiletools.com/#/top.
