Device Key on Vivofit 4 no longer working

Hi,

Have had my Vivofit 4 since January. for some reason the device key has become unresponsive and no longer scrolls through the basic information (Steps, Cals burned etc) when I press it? Otherwise the device itself seems fine and appears to be working as normal.

Has anyone else experienced this and if so can anyone help me to sort it pls?

    Exactly the same problem. Also bought mine in January. Tried replacing the batteries which forced a sync but then continued as before i.e. frozen on the time display. At a loss of what to do now as Garmin do not respond to my query

    First of all, I'd ask the question on the Vivofit 4 forum, since here on the Garmin Connect Web forum, the majority of regular users are not familiar with your device, so we cannot help with any reasonable advice.

    Then, if you get no help from the user forum, contact Garmin directly. If they did not answer your email, use the phone.
