In that case it looks like you are logged into a different account with the web interace.
On the phone app, go to Menu » Settings » App Diagnostics and note the Displayname code. Then open the web interface, click your avatar in the upper right corner, and select the option View Profile. Now compare the ending code in the address line of the browser, with the code from the phone app. If they are not identical, you have two differrent accounts, and need to use the same one on both sides. You can log out of the web account, and log in back using the identification from the phone app.
Another possibility is to follow the instructions from the support document Data is Missing from My Garmin Account After Syncing to resolve the issue.
trux Thank you for responding. I assume that you intended the 'Profile Name' attribute in the mobile client. My mobile and web profiles are the same. My accounts are the same and all other info that I've looked for is present in both clients. HRV Stress used to be available in the web client (and is still there, it's just blank).
Daily HR graph looks fine. I (and I assume the OP) am not talking about the 'Stress Level' calculated throughout the day by using the OHR. Rather, I'm talking about the value that is calculated each morning that I measure my 'HRV Stress' with my F5 and a chest HRM. These values are recorded in the mobile client and used to be available in the web client after syncing.
Edit to add screenshots.
SInce you tell you cannot see the Stress data on the web account, while you see it on the phone, I was asking how the HR daily graph look like on the web account, of course. If the Stress is allright on the phone app, there is no reason the HR data should be missing there either. I'd like to know whether there is the HR data on the web account.
HRmax and resting HR are ok for both the web and mobile clients. From what I can see it's the whole "Performance Stats" area that's missing in the web client menu. The performance stats info is available in the Reports area, except the HRV Stress portion which is blank. Perhaps Garmin is deprecating the HRV Stress in favor of the all day stress info?
Could you post the screenshots of these two pages?
