[BUG] Avarage running cadence box is empty

So, Im owner of Forerunner 735XT. I used to compare my avarage cadence to check my improvement.

Now all I see in report is white empty box instead of chart.

It used to work without any problem.

Watch keeps recording this because I see it on strava after sync

Problem began to appear with badges bug (where you cant check available badges due to new challenge badges)

Same thing happens for me. Have you reported it to Garmin support directly, can't be sure that they monitor these forums and will see it here?

I have the exact same problem. It's been like this for about a week now. I find it extremely annoying as the avg cadence box is probably the one i follow most closely.

As olni65 wrote, this is an issue the user forum cannot help you with. You really need to report it directly to Garmin Support if you wish that they are aware of it, and fix it.

The mantra that I constantly hear in here, is that this is a user community. So yes, Garmin is hosting the software and on occasion we do see them here but this is more of a peer-to-peer platform. So the likelihood of fixing this increases if you submit the problem to them directly. As I just did.

When reporting it, you can tell them that the reason of the bug may be related to the following JSON data address returing the error code 404 (Not Found). It could help them to fix it faster:
