Bad TCX format

I'm trying to upload some activities from my watch which has been uploading to Strava using TCX format.

I'm getting this error message "One of your files was not accepted by the system. Please contact Support for assistance."

Is there a way to tell which part of the file isn't matching the specs?

It had some spaces at the start of the file.
