Garmin Connect Login Issues

Hi Everyone, my Garmin Connect did an update on my Iphone last night and then logged me out. When I registered originally with the app i used facebook so have never ever created an email login as such. I created one for this forum but Ive never created one for the actual app or my account. Now the facebook login option has disappeared and I cannot get into the app at all as it is asking for an email address. My question is if I was to create an account will all my history on my forerunner 235 then download to that account. Or is there another way to re connect to my profile. My profile name is LisaV

Try logging in to Garmin Connect Web to verify the correct account.

Also, you can check your login here: https://www.garmin.com/en-US/account/profile/

Or you can contact Garmin support to get this sorted. They should be able to help you given your profile name.

I tried this but its asking for an email and i never set up an email. I can login using the one i just set up now to be able to post in the forum but that isn't my original profile.

OK, then Garmin Support will be your best option. Depending on your location, you might be able to phone or chat for faster service.

im in Australia, I tried chatting just before but it said not available. Ill try again another time
