All stats gone, only graphs

In my activities - also older - I don't see any stats like min/max HR, aerobic/anaerobis load, laps, etc. I only see the graphs. In the mobile app (Android) everything is still there. There used to be a lot of information below the graphs that just vanished.

    I have had same problem since yesterday morning.  Problem does not exist on mobile device.

    Same here.  The problem exists in Garmin Connect Web.  In addition, the export button is also missing.

  • Try signing out, and signing back in. The web version recently changed from v4.30 to v4.31, but the recent version does not load fully unless you re-log in, so it is possible that you have some mix-up of old and new files in the cache. If the re-logging self does not help, clear the cache (temporary Internet files), and repeat the signing out/in. Better told, sign out, clear the cache, reload the login page, and sign in.

  • Didn't work for me unfortunately(Chrome), even tried Firefox never used garmin connect there before, but the samething happens. 

  • Could you make the activity visible to Everyone (see the lock symbol up right on the Activity page), and post the address here?

  • The lock icon is gone on my todays activity, as well as the share, gear and edit and favorite button.

    On my activity yesterday they are still there, in another thread here someone has the same problem. 

    edit: changed the privacy settings with my phone, hope it worked.

    Got the same problem ... tried signing out, clearing all browsing data, incognito mode ... nothing works.

  • It could be due to a bug in the current version of GC Web. It recently changed from 4.30 to 4.31, and I already noticed couple of other issues. Open the DevTools (Ctrl+Shift+i, or F12), and click on the Console tab, then relaod the page and watch for red errors. If there are any, report it to Garmin Support.

    Also have a look at the footer - does it tell "Version4.31.0.17, 20.10.5.0" or something else?

  • Evereything is fine again. Did not explicitly login again or clear the cache. Restarted my PC this morning an all stats were there (Firefox on Windows 10).
