I can’t get a GPX to GPS file from mud and routes?

I have tried to get a GPX to GPS file from mud and routes and then copy that link as per the Garmin YouTube video, when I go on mud and routes under the actual routes I have looked at they only say ‘download GPF file? That doesn’t then copy as there is not the GPS part?

You should be able to download the GPX file then import as a course into your Garmin Connect account on Garmin Connect Web.

Download the desired GPX file from the Mud and Routes site https://www.mudandroutes.com/

Import as a course to Garmin Connect here: https://connect.garmin.com/modern/courses

I tested this on one of the GPX files and it works.
