Segments don' work correctly

Sorry for my english, I'm using google translate.

Does it also happen to someone else that Garmin Connect does not show segments that have been traveled, even if they have been downloaded and followed on the Edge 830?

Anyone have a solution?

  • The coordinates of all keypoints of the track travelled during the concerned activity have to match the keypoints of the segments with certain tolerance (seems to be around 20-30m). If there are some deviations due to GPS drop-outs, errors, or inaccuracy either in your track, or in the original segment, the segment will not be assigned to the activity.

    From what I see in my account, it looks like the tolerance was reduced lately, probably due to increased number of mixups of segmetns on neigbouring pathes.
