Accidentally Deleted a run on my Watch

I have a Garmin Forerunner 45s, that i deleted a run by accident before it synced to my computer. Is there anyway to get it back on my watch?

Google up some undelete or data recovery tools for external storages, and try running it on the watch's storage.
