Personal Records is not updating

I ran several Personal Records the last two days. My Personal Records still show old records from December. When I ran the personal best, I got a notification on my watch celebrating "Personal Record!" But the record hasn't shown up on my phone. I have been searching for a way to update it but can't find anything!

Broke my 1 mile PR by 45 seconds, I need this to show up on on my personal records!!!

Are there any new records that you need to accept?

You can also set the records manually from the activity or editing the time in that page.

I had to manually set the records the first time when they were empty.
