my new fr45 not turning on after i charged it for the second time ive tried all that i can but nothing is working

my new forerunner 45 has just been charged but will not turn on ive tried holding power on for 30 seconds and ive tried to recharge and turn on but its not working

"hold down the power button for 30 seconds (watch did not turn on at this time), then let go, then plugged in the charging cable, and it booted back up. Then we powered it back down, turned it back on, and finally it seemed back to normal."
